Your duties as an agent

Create / refer quality users who will use Needs for real business
Train them module by module until they can run the shop alone
Help with problems, renewals, and getting inactive users active again
If a user goes off — visit, restart, and get them subscribed again
No commission when a user is inactive or not subscribed
Look after the user for the full 6-month benefit window

Commission (non-permanent agent)

Base: Basic monthly plan amount for the user’s country
Month 1: 20% · Month 2: 12% · Month 3: 8%
Month 4: 4% · Month 5: 2% · Month 6: 1%
Unpaid months earn nothing and do not pause the 6-month window
After month 6 — no further commission on that user
If they subscribe again later inside the window — remaining unpaid months still pay at that month’s rate

Permanent job with Needs ERP

Create or refer users until you have at least 100 with an active subscription
Then you can apply for a permanent job with Needs ERP
Must keep at least 100 active subscription users to stay eligible
After permanent: grow at least +20 new subscribed users every month
Permanent agents: additional / new users earn 20% for the 1st month only
No months 2–6 commission on those new users after you are permanent

Permanent vs non-permanent commission

Not permanent yet → full previous rules (months 1–6 rates above)
Permanent employee → new referred users: 20% first month only
Users opened before permanent approval keep their remaining 6-month schedule
Users opened on/after permanent date use the permanent (month-1 only) rule
Below 100 active subs or missing +20 growth → permanent status may be suspended
Salary/payroll is separate — this poster covers commission & job path
